HeatSig Terms of Use

Welcome to HeatSig, a service provided by HeatSig Pte Ltd. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, website, or associated services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

HeatSig provides tools for monitoring and receiving alerts related to thermal events from hardware devices installed in your environment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Access

You are responsible for the information you provide during account setup.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to share your login or let others access your account without permission.

4. Use of Devices

HeatSig integrates with compatible hardware (such as thermal sensors) that must be correctly configured to function. By using the Services, you agree to:

• Only connect authorized and supported devices.
• Not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the hardware or software.
• Ensure Wi-Fi credentials and home configurations you provide are accurate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to access our systems without authorization.
• Upload, share, or transmit any content that is abusive, misleading, or violates others’ rights.

6. Software and Updates

We may push updates to the HeatSig mobile app or firmware to improve security or functionality. Continued use of the app after such updates implies your acceptance.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and software within the Services are the property of HeatSig Pte Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part without written consent.

8. Data and Privacy

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” and without warranty.
• We do not guarantee that alerts or sensors will detect or prevent any injury, damage, or loss.
• HeatSig is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that harms others or the system’s integrity.

11. Modifications

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
