By purchasing the Trial Unit ($350 USD), you join the Founding Trial Program. This pre-commercial version enables real-world validation and performance refinement before the official June 30, 2026 launch.
2. Product Nature & Limitations
Safety Warning: HeatSig is a safety-support technology. It is NOT a medical device, emergency response system, or substitute for regulated safety infrastructure.
- Detection is probabilistic; false alerts or undetected events may occur.
- Does not replace human supervision or fire protection systems.
- The system uses thermal sensing; it does not use cameras or record audio.
3. Program Benefits & Replacement
Participants receive early access and priority support. Upon successful completion of the trial and submission of feedback, participants qualify for one retail production unit replacement at no additional hardware cost after official launch.
4. Fees & Service
- Trial Unit: $350 USD (Non-refundable).
- Service Fee: $2.50 USD/month during the trial for data processing and analytics.
5. Liability & Warranty
The product is provided "as-is." Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Trial Unit. Warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes improper installation or tampering.
6. Data & Privacy
Anonymized environmental heatmap data is collected solely for algorithm refinement and product improvement in compliance with data protection regulations.
